When you call for the airport shuttle Do Not request it from the reservation line, which is option 1 for their hotel. Speak directly to the front desk. There is a lack of communication between the 2 departments. We waited 1.5 hours and 4 phone calls later until the shuttle arrived at the airport.

There is no sign that directs you to your room once off the elevators; instead the sign is at the opposite end of the hallway. ..."
